Kaizen Training and Assessment Services (KTAS) was created mainly as a training provider to offer training in the hospitality field.
The word Kaizen is a Japanese word coined from “Kai” meaning change and “Zen” meaning good, it was adopted to a business philosophy which means “continuous improvement”.The goal of KTAS is: To improve the marketable skills for the advancement of people. Our Mantra is: Never stop improving.Currently we offer training at CVQ Level 2, in-house training, assessments and verifications, and consultancy.
