The Mustique Company, the island’s management company with over 756 resident staff, is led by Managing Director, Roger Pritchard. The company oversees every aspect of island life as well as the management of the villas on behalf of the shareholders and the safeguarding of the island. The Mustique Company manages the weekly rental of 71 private, luxury homes that vary in both size and style. Each residence is uniquely designed, based on the owner’s personal tastes and preferences. The Mustique Company also owns the Cotton House, an elegant boutique hotel with 19 accommodations and two restaurants.The island has its own fleet of 18-seater Twin Otter aircraft that shuttle passengers from either St Lucia or Barbados.
