The successful candidate must be passionate about healthy gourmet cuisine, and enjoy performing guest cooking demonstrations. He/she must also be able to supervise and coordinate all activities of the kitchen: to manage all kitchen staff, to maintain food, payroll, and fixed costs to meet budgets, to ensure food quality and presentation, plan and create menus, daily features, and recipes, to schedule staff, and product ordering, and maintain organization and cleanliness of a professional kitchen.

Qualifications:

  • Culinary degree
  • Two years minimum experience as a Chef de Cuisine in a fine dining environment
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
