My

In my most recent experience as a Sous chef, I independently operate one of the two locations of Jp Wine Bar, a full-service restaurant specializing in wine pairings. I am in charge of hiring and managing this site’s kitchen staff of seven people. I assist the executive chef with menu creation, create daily specials and have responsibility for the freshness and quality of all
ingredients. I handle the inventory, ordering and professional relationships with local vendors and farmers, as well as manage food costs, food related spending and the costing of menu items.
